my debate topic

For literacy we are doing debates and for my debate I am doing the voteing age should be lowerd and here is some of the infomation I have got

pros	cons
Young people are expected to follow the law, but have no say in making it.	They don't always know what's going on in the world
2. Young people have adult responsibility        but we cant vote	2. They may vote what their parents are voting for because they're told to and they don't want to get in trouble
3. Lowering the voting age will improve the lives of youth.
It develops healthy civic habits in teens.
